  • This house was recently remodeled and has new furniture. Golf cart was great for getting to the beach. Kids loved the backyard pool. Read the house rules before you rent this one, especially if you love cooking seafood.

  • We adored the house and it truly felt like home the second we walked in the front door. The decor is beautiful and a peaceful synergy flowed throughout the house. You could tell a lot of thought was put behind creating a perfect atmosphere for a week at the beach. There wasn’t a detail overlooked including a book filled with all local recommendations from food to local fun activities. The location was so convenient and use of the golf cart was perfect to enjoy short trips to the beach and nearby restaurants. Between the pool, beach, walking trails, and nearby shopping- there really is something for everyone. The beaches are pristine with clear aqua water and the whitest sand making you think you’re in the Caribbean. The host is extremely responsive and provided clear directions for an easy check-in with availability for an early check-in. We loved the experience so much we’re hoping to make it a yearly trip!

    Clean,Family Friendly!
    This is the fourth time we’ve stayed in this subdivision and the first to stay in this house!! Neighborhood community can not be beat and this house was definitely one of the tops!The host was so great to work with and the house was very well stocked with what you need plus very clean!!The pool area is great and by far one one the most private in the area!Book your vacation here and you will not be disappointed!!

    This is our second summer at this house. Each has been a great experience. The house has everything you could need and is well maintained especially for being pet friendly. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Love our time here!

    The Forever Destination - Nailed it!!
    Could not have been more impressed with property, amenities, and the fabulous beaches. Truly a 5 star stay, and a great fit for the entire family. No worries, we’ll be back time and time again!

  • The home was as described, very clean, organized and very family friendly. There were games for our children, extra blankets to sit with on the couch and a kitchen filled with everything we needed to cook and a grill out back.
    We had one issue with the swim spa and they were on top of it. Our messages were answered promptly and we were greeted with nothing but kindness.
    The beach access is within walking distance and the neighborhood is extremely comfortable and we felt safe.
    We have already recommended this home to some of our friends and will definitely be returning.

  • The location of this place was amazing! We absolutely loved how private and gated the neighborhood was. It was also super close to many restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, grocery stores and more! The house was spacious and super homey! Very clean with PLENTY of towels. We also definitely took advantage of the golf cart. Drove it everyday haha. The only thing I would say is that the walk to the beach is not super ideal. It’s about a 15minute walk, but when you are hauling beach stuff & in the blazing sun it felt like an hour. We will definitely be back though!

  • My Dream Journey in Miramar Beach, Florida, easily our favorite house after six years of visiting the area.
    The kitchen was a standout! spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully arranged. The open-shelf pantry made it easy to store our own groceries, came with a generous assortment of K-cups along with a 14-cup coffee maker. All the appliances, cookware, and accessories were spotless.
    Loved having cable TV—not having to figure out streaming services was a huge plus!
    Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful, updated.
    The backyard was another highlight—beautifully manicured, made relaxing outside enjoyable. We paid for the heated pool, which was set to 90°, and it was absolutely
    worth it with the cool nights in March.
    The complimentary golf cart that came with the house was a great bonus and worked
    perfectly during our stay.
